How it works:

Pioz MF G -1 Tablet is a combination of three antidiabetic medicines: Glimepiride, Metformin and Pioglitazone. When single or dual therapy fails, they use various strategies to improve blood sugar control. Glimepiride is a sulfonylurea that acts by boosting pancreatic insulin secretion to reduce blood glucose levels. Metformin is a biguanide. It works by reducing glucose synthesis in the liver, slowing glucose absorption in the intestines, and boosting insulin sensitivity. Pioglitazone is a thiazolidinedione that enhances insulin sensitivity.
